By accessing TakePair Predict you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use peer-to-peer prediction services in your jurisdiction. We do not offer access to residents of countries or regions where such services are prohibited.
Service description
TakePair Predict is a peer-to-peer order-matching platform for prediction events. Matched bets are between users; we provide infrastructure, settlement, and wallet services.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for credential security and 2FA devices. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud or terms violations.
Deposits & withdrawals
Send only supported tokens on listed networks. Wrong-chain transfers may be irrecoverable. Withdrawals require sufficient balance, 2FA when enabled, and available hot-wallet liquidity on the selected network.
Betting rules
Orders are binding once matched. Resolution follows published event rules and oracle prices. We may void or cancel markets for errors, manipulation, or force majeure as described in event-specific rules.
Fees
Platform fees apply to winning payouts on matched bets and may apply to withdrawals. Fees are displayed before confirmation. We may update fee schedules with notice.
Prohibited conduct
No market manipulation, multi-account abuse, circumventing geo blocks, money laundering, or use of stolen funds. Violations may result in forfeiture and legal action.

Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the app or email where appropriate.
